Customer Marketing Specialist
Job Description
In this newly created role, you will join a team of 4 who are responsible for generating product marketing material for the customer success and sales teams, for both existing and new accounts. You’ll collaborate with marketing teams, account managers and product marketing analysts to help improve customer retention, extension and relationships. You’ll have autonomy to create content, run various projects, be able to quickly make an impact and see your results.
Your impact:
Generate product marketing material and help improve customer relationships
Work closely with marketing and sales team to have a better customer retention
Manage existing accounts and new account generation
Manage the customer journey
Create daily content for the customers within the marketing team
What we’re looking for:
3+ years of experience in marketing including content creation
Experience with customer success, customer retention, account management or customer support
Degree in Marketing, Journalism or related areas
Fluent English, both writing and verbal communication skills
Experience in SaaS or technology companies is a plus
Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tool is a plus
